November 13, 2007 - Week 38: Our baby is full-term!
Yay! We're considered full term if the baby is born today. Still there are a few weeks.
We went to our weekly prenatal today and there's no sign of labor yet. The doctor said that my body started preparing for it, so that's good news. Little boy seemed to be doing well in there from his heartbeat and kick counts. I can feel that he's really growing these days.
I've been looking back and thinking over the last 38 weeks over the last couple of days. Was it an easy pregnancy? It sure was hard at times, but I won't remember it as being so bad. I guess it's human nature to forget about the hard times and hold on to good ones.
A few more weeks and we'll bring our little one home. I have no idea how hard birth will be. (Ok. Very hard! ) I'm looking forward to the experience in any way. I'm sure I'll write about it after birth. Don't worry I'll spare the details...
