Trip Recap Part 3 - MassachusettsPosted on Jul. 8, 2009 at 7:49 PM - Post CommentOn Saturday we got in our rental car and drove the 3.5 hours or so to Massachusetts. We hit quite a bit of traffic, but Grady napped on the way there, so we arrived ready to play!  trucks and mulch - what a great combination!  Nana got this great set for making giant bubbles - Grady had fun popping them  bubble beard  on the hammock with Papa  Sunday was our first full day in Mass but it rained like CRAZY, so although we went to a Father's Day party, I did not take pictures. On Monday we went to the Boston Aquarium, which was fun. The Harbor Seals - Grady loved them and would laugh and dance while chasing them as they swam next to him in the tank.   checking out penguins    posing with a pretend sea turtle  and a pretend penguin  the touch tank, which was a big hit  First ice cream cone ever - at Nana's house - we have no idea why his eye was all puffy for a couple days  On Tuesday we went to this cool farm near Nana's house kittens - they were actually almost all going to new homes  bunnies  feeding goats  feeding a 10 day old baby cow    Dada's "friends", as he called them  oooh - the eye - but still cute   there were big tractors to sit on!   "fishing"  on the hay ride that took us around the whole big farm  more hungry goats   this picture makes me laugh  there was an adorable make-believe area (Grady's favorite thing ever!) with a grocery store, houses, and a tool shed  driving another tractor   That's it for today - be back with the rest of Mass very soon! |
