No Tofu Please!

We recently went to the allerigst with Grady and finally got some great answers about what is still bothering his belly. They did the prick test on his back for about 50 different things. I now know he has no seasonal allergies, no allergies to animals, and no allergy to wheat, eggs, chocolate, corn, and many other foods. But he is allergic to soy, though it is only a 2 on a scale of 0-4.. So here I have been, trying to eliminate dairy from Grady's diet (per the GI doc's orders) and, come to find out, he is allergic to SOY all this time! So I have been giving him soy milk, soy yogurt, etc. And soy is the worst thing for him. That's why he has been doing even worse. The good thing is, they feel that he will outgrow it soon - maybe a yer or two. The bad thing is, in the short term (7-10 days) I need to eliminate all soy AND dairy from his diet. Then I can add in the milk. Poor guy. Maybe we can finally get him feeling good once and for all!
