Christmas Cheer

Despite our latest bout of sickness (both Grady and Momma had the flu!) we have been trying to get into the Christmas spirit around here.  We had our Christmas photos done around Grady's birthday (most of you got a Christmas card with one of those pictures).  We also went to pick out our Christmas tree the other day.  For several years we had cut our own tree, but that tradition had to die since it is not really cold enough here to grow the nice types of trees that we like.  Another fun Christmas event that occurred last night was Santa riding through the neighborhood on a fire truck!  Grady was amazed by that for sure!  We still have to make it to the mall to visit Santa, but that will be coming in the next few days, so stay tuned!
