Grady's Second ChristmasPosted on Dec. 28, 2007 at 3:46 PM - Post CommentSince Grady was so tiny on Christmas last year, this was the first year that he could really enjoy all of the festivities. He visited with Santa, rode the Christmas train at the mall, decorated cookies, listened (and, of course, danced and sang) to Christmas music, shopped for gifts with Mama, and had a blast opening gifts! Grady had a great visit with Grandma and Papa G. (who he loves - he walks around saying "pa pa" even now that he is gone). He was in a great mood most of the time (except for early Christmas morning when he got his 13th tooth!) and hammed it up, dancing lots and singing to the music on his toys, the TV, or anything else that sounded remotely like music (the busy tone on the phone, for example - now that is GREAT to rock out to!). Here he is a few days before Grandma arrived:

and just being wild in his high chair
napping peacefully

A video of Grady opening his first gift! And here he is playing with his gift! He is a bit shaky in the video, but he has gotten better and better already.

The tree on Christmas Eve - with the gifts, part 1
We opened some gifts on Christmas Eve, before Grady went to bed. Here he is with one of my gifts:
Checking out the Converse Great-Nana got him - he loved them!
climbing the pile of gifts
Now he likes to say "oooh" a lot, and it is so cute! Here he is doing that.
Here is a video of Grady singing - his new favorite thing. Unfortunately, the camera was full, so it cuts off after a short time, but it's too cute not to post. Christmas morning started off a bit tough, with the poor little guy getting a new tooth. But he felt a lot better after that and really enjoyed his day. Here he is with one of his stockings:
He loves these balls:

These blocks are so cool - they have different little Christmas scenes in each one:

Riding the zebra - he has yet to get the hang of it though
