Grady wants to crawl and he feeds himself now!

So there has been a lot going on with the G-Man lately.  Last weekend we bought him some Gerber Puffs because we did not think he was really loving the Cheerios (I fed him a couple and he seemed to find them just OK).  Well the Puffs are banana flavored, which is his favorite, so it seemed like a good idea.  On Saturday he finally picked one up and fed himself!  It was so exciting!  After he did it, I got all excited and started saying "GOOD JOB!"  Well I guess he knew he did something good because he was giggling like crazy.  Since then he has become really good at and manages to get most of them in his mouth.  We just give him a couple when we are eating so he does not feel left out.

He is also a man on the move!  He is ALMOST there with the crawling now.  In the past week or so he has made so much progress.  He gets on all fours and rocks, crawls backwards, and "army crawls" (on his belly).  I am expecting real crawling any day!

Today Grady had a playdate with a buddy from our stroller class.  They had fun but Grady was tired because they came late (the other baby was napping late).  Anyway, we plan on doing it again soon, so hopefully the timing will work out better.
