Father's Day and other fun

Eric celebrated his first Father's Day this past weekend.  We had a nice day at the house.  He got to sleep in and then we had a cook-out on the deck (in the gorgeous weather).  He also got a few gifts, including a little slide show that I made him with all of the best pictures of him and Grady since Grady was born set to music.

We also had fun on Saturday when we went to the Batteau Festival in downtown Lynchburg.  We were there for a few hours, and Grady did very well.  He was quite happy in the Baby Bjorn and then took a nap for a bit.

The last couple days have been a bit tough because Grady is getting more teeth!  One of them has already popped through - the one next to the middle two on top.  I can see the same on on the other side about to come through.  I am guessing the middle two will be coming along in the next several days.  It causes Grady's reflux to act up.  Hopefully he will get a break after this!

He has also gotten VERY active.  He is not actually crawling yet, but he will roll and roll to get half way across the room.  He also finds every other manner of moving.  We seriously need to baby-proof our house NOW!
